Adept in handling teams, conceptualizing products and implementing solutions, Vijayakumar became an agent of technological change at Dot Com Infoway. He took over as Technical Advisor of Dot Com Infoway in February 2003 and started the software application development team focusing on Microsoft technologies.

As a Technical Advisor, Vijayakumar was instrumental in strategy planning, global expansion, execution of IT audits and development of new product units at Dot Com Infoway. In June 2005, Vijayakumar Radhakrishnan was entrusted with the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Dot Com Infoway after a successful merger of NTS and Dot Com Infoway. As the CTO, Vijayakumar manages the entire IT team of the company, which includes monitoring of small to large integrated projects, architecting complex web, mobile and systems applications and executing internal IT audits to check for compliance with industry-expected standards.

In August 2008, he initiated the Mobile Application Development and Marketing wing of Dot Com Infoway, called DCI Mobile Studios. Now a leading mobile application developer in India, DCI Mobile Studios engages in the development and marketing of mobile applications in iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Symbian, Nokia OVI platforms. All credits to Vijayakumar's penchant for mobile technologies, DCI Mobile Studios has numerous successful, user-favorite apps under its belt – it has developed and marketed business utility apps, entertainment apps, gaming apps, movie-related apps, eBook apps to name a few.

Vijayakumar's passion lies in the field of Network Management Systems. He has developed several applications to support NMS. Endowed with a keen business intellect, Vijayakumar has traveled all over the world dealing with overseas C-level executives and clients for the past 10 years. His experience in software services spans more than 12 years with specialization in enterprise application development, web application development, quality management, cloud computing, search engine optimization and mobile application development. Currently, Vijayakumar heads a team of 250+ IT professionals on various technology platforms like .NET, Java, PHP at Dot Com Infoway.

Vijayakumar holds an M.S. degree in Consultancy Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and Engineering graduation in Computer Science from PSNA, India. An proactive individual, Vijayakumar's other interests include Ikidoo and Kick Boxing.
