Among the tools listed I like twitpoll and Twibs. Twibs I have used in my promotional works and yield better visibility within the twitter community and helps me find more related followers who are interested to the business I promote.

Twtpoll is a pretty cool application thro’ which you can ask your fellow tweeples feedbacks on certain issues and decide upon it! I have seen many people asking feedback on their templates, logos, bookcover etc using this twitter app.
