Everyone of us dreams of getting a good job after our graduation. All of us like to have a job that has a good career scope, one in which we can improve our knowledge and experience. But what happens after about six months once we are into the job? We keep staring at the system and complain about our work duties and deadlines. The pleasure of the work drains out day by day and so does our productivity. This infers that we are not happy at our work.
