MyQMS™ Launched
As a part of fulfilling CMMI level 3 requirements, Dot Com Infoway has launched its revised Quality Management System. MyQMS™ is a predefined quality manual that outlines the entire business process. Quality Management System is a well documented system that helps us sustain consistency and facilitates in analyzing the scope for further improvement in the business process.
This high level document system clearly states our goal, predefined standards and the process of implementing them. With the implementation of MyQMS™, DCI has shown great improvement in its core business performance.
