Zuckerberg Leaves Google +
Mark Zuckerberg has quit the social networking platform Google + altogether.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of social networking site Facebook, made headlines last week for having more number of followers than any other, in his competitors product, Google +. As of July 5, Zuckerberg had 10,000 more followers than Google founder Larry Page. However he left the platform on Tuesday night. Before leaving Google +, Zuckerberg made it to hide his followers. But, Google changed some privacy settings overnight and allows people to see them again.
Boris Veldhuijzen van Zanten, the stat man for social statistics, found another interesting fact. He said, “Mark Zuckerberg and Google management (Matt Cutts, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Vic Gundotra, and Marissa Mayer) all changed their profiles overnight and consequently dropped out of the Google+ top 100 list!”
Now Zuckerberg has more than 165,830 followers and one can still find his profile page here without any posts.
