Project Overview
CSR School approached Dot Com Infoway to develop a website-integrated chatbot that could assist users by answering school-related queries. The objective was to offer an easy-to-use, conversational interface that provides information on admissions, curriculum, facilities, activities, events, and contact details.

Challenges
- Ensuring the chatbot delivers accurate school information without requiring constant manual updates.
- Handling a wide range of parent and student queries, such as:
1. “What are the admission dates?”
2. “What curriculum do you follow?”
3. “What facilities are available?”
Our Solutions
- Knowledge Structuring: Scraped and reorganized all school-related information into a structured knowledge format.
- Conversational Logic Design: Developed chatbot conversation flows specifically tailored to parent and student inquiries.
- Fallback Mechanisms: Implemented fallback responses to guide users when specific information is unavailable.
- Lead & Enquiry Collection: Added enquiry and lead-generation features to capture user interest efficiently.

Our Results
Responsive Information Assistant: A chatbot capable of delivering accurate and timely school information.
Reduced Staff Enquiries: Lowered the manual enquiry load on school administrative staff.
Improved Accessibility: Made it easier for parents to explore school details online.
Enhanced Engagement: Improved overall user engagement on the school website.
What Our Client Say’s
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
