Project Overview

HappierMe approached Dot Com Infoway to develop two separate AI chatbots tailored to different age groups: one for teenagers and one for adults. The goal was to create chatbots that could offer emotional wellness guidance in an age-appropriate manner, using content provided by the client and structured data scraped from the website.

Challenges

  • Strict Knowledge Base Adherence:  The bots had to generate responses solely from the provided knowledge base documents and website content, ensuring there were no hallucinations or irrelevant responses.
  • Distinct Conversational Behaviors:The challenge was to design two separate conversational tones-one for teenagers (simpler, more friendly) and one for adults (mature, empathetic).
  • Content Scraping and Structuring: The scraped content had to be cleaned and structured for consistency, ensuring reliable and accurate responses.
  • Sensitive Topics Handling: The bots needed to handle sensitive mental health topics like stress, anxiety, and emotions with care and responsibility.
