Dot Com Infoway's campus drive at Fatima College

Dot Com Infoway conducted a campus drive program at Fatima College, one of Madurai’s reputed institutions, recently. Given the company’s penchant for young and fresh talent, the recruitment drive was a huge success, marked by the participation of about 150 students. The company’s Human Resources team made the resource-pooling process innovative and interesting by conducting aptitude tests, group discussions and one-to-one interactions. The candidates were measured based on their interest in IT, communication skills and academic background. Out of the 150 participants, 75 were shortlisted and finally, 7 were recruited. The new recruits, all of them with good academic standing and communication skills, would be joining the company’s Madurai office soon.

Pooling-in fresh talent has always been Dot Com Infoway’s way of managing resources and staying in the upbeat mode. This recruitment drive comes in the wake of the global economic crisis when many companies are aiming at cutting costs and shrinking resources.
