De-stress Now: 25 Little Things to Savor in Life


Corporate life can take its toll on us in the long run. We tend to become over-stressed, depressed or exceptionally busy, with no time for friends and loved ones. In the chaos of our daily busyness, we can miss out on a lot of things, especially the little somethings of life.


Life always has surprises. It has unresolved mysteries. Mysteries that cannot be solved  howsoever hard you think. Everything happens for a reason. And some reasons go  beyond our knowledge. Life is very uncertain. No one knows what is going to happen tomorrow. What is certain is the “present” and it is very precious. Most of the time it is always spent worrying about the future. There are simple things that we can do every day to make the world a better place to live and also make our lives livelier. Here are some 25 simple things for starters. Read on:

1.Watch Sunrise at least once a week

2.Listen to your favorite song in the morning

3.Walk with your dog at least twice a week

4.Exercise 3 days a week

5.If the food is good, compliment it

6.Drop off your kids at school when you have the time

7.Learn to play a musical instrument

8.Be enthusiastic and spread your liveliness across office

9.Buy your colleague lunch once a month

10.Don’t forget to say Thank You or Sorry if the situation demands it

11.Never criticize anyone in public

12.Be a good listener, especially to the ones you cherish in life

13. Plan a weekend trip once a month with your friends and family

14.Never advice anyone unless they ask for one
